Ingredients:
1 (4-5 lb) brisket
1 teaspoon steak seasoning
2 Tablespoons liquid smoke
1/3 cup Worchestershire sauce
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
Directions:
Sprinkle beef with seasoning salt. Place in a shallow dish. Pour liquid smoke and Worchestershire sauce over meat. Cover with foil and refrigerate 8 hours, turning once. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 4 hours or until tender. Pour [...]

The best thing about cold weather is drinking wassail.
Get a big pot. Put in:
2 parts apple juice
1 part cranberry juice
1 part orange juice
throw in some allspice
throw in a few cinammon sticks
Heat it up, without boiling, letting it soak up the cinammon and allspice. Lovely.
